All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
Every product is made to order. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of being received and sent from Sydney, NSW 2759 or 2000. Once you are provided with a tracking number, any queries regarding arrival should be directed to Australia Post.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to delay shipping without notice during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and ensure you receive flawless products, orders received on Wednesday through Friday may ship the following Monday.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping details are correct when placing the order. We take no responsibility for parcels being delivered to incorrect addresses supplied to us. Incorrect addresses may result in re-delivery fees.
